Training - you fight the way you train

The Ving Tsun training is conditioning the right behavior and thinking for fighting. The goal is the development of important combat attributes like power, strategy, coordination, balance and timing. Ving Tsun teaches to find the simplest and most direct way to solve problems in combat and to use it consistently.

The training is also very different to the one typically found in martial arts. Instead of beginning with warm up exercises with us at the beginning of half an hour with any  We do gymnastics to warm up Ving Tsun from the very first minute. With the forms and Ving Tsun specific strength, punch and structure exercises, we bring ourselves to operating temperature and then move on to the thematic training content. The execution adapts individually to the performance level of the respective participant. The fighting intensity of the execution increases as the training progresses  always on. Finally we do it  general strength and stretching exercises and say goodbye.

The WSL / PhB line enjoys an excellent reputation in the martial arts world and is known for honest, realistic and straightforward training with a very high quality standard.
